Very friendly colleagues to work with in Hyd office. Attractive salaries. Decent work life balance for few of the teams, where as some other teams has too much of work. Work from home possibility, based on understanding with US/UK colleagues. Informal environment which can sometimes be a con too. Very aggressive client with lot of expectations, hence employees are expected to be their best. Not a place for average to poor performance as everyone works directly with US/UK counterparts and are exposed easily. Join if you are confident with your skillset. If you wanted to be in Fintech/Trading world, this could be the place to be in.

Lack of transparency about the policies (Do we have any ?) Vehicle parking issues - Had a bad time with it personally. Office cafeteria can be better with some snacks, as most employees work late nights and Senos doesn't offer anything apart from coffee vending machine. Cant we afford that being a firm of less than 50 employees till date?? No fun activities or team outings (like any other software company).
