Pros
This is a Start Up at its finest! Lots of room for creativity and freedom to make a sizable impact on the company. Performed a few duties outside of my job responsibilities which expanded my skill set. CEO & CTO are good people! The office has a lot of opportunity for networking. Sometimes food trucks stop by, so there’s a variety of food options! Free coffee! Overall, good learning experience.
Cons
The team is very small. Must be a team player with a positive attitude to join. At times, the job could be very hectic because lack of team members and resources. However, it gave me plenty of opportunity to challenge myself to problem solve. Parking situation is bad. Make sure you’re careful where you park, it’s way too small and people are so inconsiderate.
