Business Outlook
Pros
- Good health insurance (which I'm sure they will downgrade once the year is over) - Doordash credit and biweekly catering (which is a substitute for raises and bonuses) - Unlimited PTO (just as long as you don't take more vacation than the CEO) - Somewhat flexible hours
Cons
- Overworked and underpaid (unless you're one of the co-founders) - Poor organization and a serious lack of communication across teams. - Frequent corner-cutting that impacts quality and morale. - Little to no recognition or appreciation for hard work. - The culture that once had potential is now completely dead.
