      I've been at SenseHawk for a year now, and it's been awesome! The work-life balance is great, and the remote setup really adds to the flexibility. Being part of a small mobile dev team means tons of learning and growth opportunities. Plus, the CTO and managers are super approachable and always make sure to recognise your efforts!

      * Too much internal politics and excessive focus on pleasing leadership. * Lack of clear vision and direction for the company and teams. * CTO is technically strong but needs improvement in collaboration, and maintaining a calm, professional approach under pressure. * Frequent layoffs with little introspection; teams are removed and later rehired for similar work. * Compensation for India employees is well below market standards. * Limited focus on innovation, research, and long-term product growth.
