      Cons

      Very little training only on computer.I was let go after 26 days with no explanation.Commision only after 4 months,if you last that long.National sales mgr has no people skills.Sales need positive reinforcement.This joker has no idea what that means.Company dealer agreement includes a criminal back round check on owners.
