Not a single thing! They fill your head with false promises and when you ask about it, the thing they already promised they pull the rug from under you.
Cons
Huge divide between management the average worker, poor communication between departments and no sense of community. They are not loyal to their employees. The turnover is sky high. Would not recommend.
