Pros

Some nice benefits like free food, wellness stipend, team events (pre-covid). Possibly good stepping stone to better known companies in the mobile space.

Cons

There's a morale problem. Despite having an inhouse recruitment team and the company bragging about being profitable, people are leaving every month and I know more who are actively looking for other work. Since covid we've been working even harder since micromanagers don't trust us work effectively from home. 10 p.m. nights are a regular occurrence. The way upper management talks about the #1 competitor in the space is quite unprofessional. Also, they incentivize employees to give glowing GlassDoor reviews, so take other reviews here with a grain of salt.

Pros

None unless you enjoy traveling economy class to neutral/cheap/boring destinations for whole weeks to "co-work" (spend entire days working from windowless hotel conference centers with very uncomfortable chairs) with remote colleagues from eastern bloc countries.

Cons

Besides the rampant incompetence and total chaos the atmosphere is heavy with the sense that this place is circling the drain. After a few back to back layoffs nobody is happy or kind anymore. Everybody is being burned out and relentlessly pressured. It's a zombie land!
