The experience was truly horrible. After I joined I realised that the recruiter lied about everything. He even downplayed me on salary. The environment is really bad. Everyone is complaining behind the scenes and realises that it is very toxic. Management absolutely sucks and has no idea what they are doing. They hire and fire with no obvious reason. Not a lot of competent people work there. Especially for young graduates who will start as SDRs: BE CAREFUL. The recruiters will lie to you a lot!!!! The base salary is very low and they don’t specify that the holiday pay is also included in it. Bonuses are also very little and really hard to get. Keep in mind that it will be very hard to progress and you will work for very little salary for a very long time.
