      Can be isolating if put on a solo project with a client, unless an effort is put in to keep in touch with other coworkers via chat.

      Pros

      Started working for Sentaca in Jan 2017. Great combination of technology, compensation, and fun/engaging work environment. Services business model with changing roles/responsibilities keep the job "fresh", and don't get stuck on long product lifecycles. Company is rapidly growing, which makes it even more fun. Flexibility to work from home, when required.

      Cons

      Coffee could use an upgrade.
