Horrible work environment - Inductor/Package Handler Sentech Services Employee Review

Pay is horrible, management do NOT care about employees just themselves.This place is run by a family who seek their own families interest instead of others. Illegal immigrants with fake documentation think they are managers and complain about other employees. New employees here are not trained properly so older staff will down talk them behind their backs. Over staffed.
