Pros
As an intern at SentiSum no one really treated me like an intern, which was fantastic! Work: From the very beginning I had my own responsibilities and my own projects. I worked very closely with the CEO. Apart from the very good salary, I even got a commission. I always felt like colleagues valued my work and like an equally important team member, because also CEO trusts you with everything. Work Culture: - I never had lunch on my own, always together with the team - We used to go out regularly to have dinner or drinks together - A very family like team culture - People take their time to teach you new stuff -> you'll learn a lot Perks: - great office view with barrista in house and free beer after 3 pm - fun colleagues, young team Highly recommendable!
Cons
Every now and then you put a lot of your time and effort into a certain project which then doesn't see the light of day. But that's start ups, so just don't be vain ;)
