      Pros

      I’ve been at Sentinel for over 17 years and we’ve grown every year since I’ve been here. The company has great people and a great culture. We work hard and the results show. We do fun employee get togethers including charity give back events. There is also an opportunity to learn and grow if you have the ambition to take it to the next level. No micromanagement either which is nice

      Cons

      Every company I’ve worked for has challenges. We discuss our issues and try to resolve them as they arise. No major complaints. If you don’t want to work hard, learn or grow this likely not the place for you.

      Pros

      They are focused on security and are effiecient. Coworkers have worked their over a decade and I see hires get moved around to other positions.

      Cons

      I questioned the way coworkers got terminated and if what got told afterwards to coworkers was accurate.

      Very old school No WFH flexibility unless you’re a high performer Office politics - if you’re not liked, you won’t get leads or you will be ignored Very clicky, lots of individual groups No training, thrown into the fire
