- Starting as someone with 0 experience in recruitment, the L&D program was excellent. Every step of the process was calculated and meticulously thought through. Both L&D managers are approachable, knowledgeable and teach you the trade in an enjoyable way. You are guided step by step from not knowing anything about IT or recruitment to being able be a strong 360 recruiter specialist in a field.
- As opposed to many recruitment agencies, there is not a clock watching nor micromanaging culture. You are very much trusted and encouraged to work your own desk and build your own business within the company.
- Senior Management are all sat on the sales floor in and amongst trainees which is very helpful for someone knew to the role where you can approach and consult situations regularly.
- Culture in the office is great, everyone is supportive and work collaboratively. Travel locally and abroad to meet clients is also encouraged.
- Work events are always well planned and at cool venues.
