      Very kind team, willing to help out when needed

      Unorganized as a mid-sized startup. There was no standardized SOP, which can easily cause confusion for newcomers unsure of how to properly manage workloads Onboarding is not very smooth and you’re responsible for figuring out how to maneuver things that are not made clear.

      Great graphics team and management collaboration on projects. The pace keeps you working but never bored. Opportunities to grow with the company if you pursue them. Inclusive teams with a strong range of skill sets and experiences.

      Cons

      Unexpected projects can sometimes be added to an already time sensitive work load. Extremely long hours.
