Very tightnit place to work for.

There arent any negative reasons to work here

There were no pros to working for Septon.

They hire Project Managers with no real construction experience. Superintendents report directly to these PMs which have the authority to fire anyone below them for no reason. Drug use among project management is obvious and well known.
