Pros

Wide range of projects in various DS domain.

Cons

Same for every consultant company where the quality of projects depend on clients. So some time you might need to work on something not that interesting.

Pros

None that meaningfully offset the overall experience.

Cons

* Location near BTS Phrom Phong is often presented as a benefit, but in practice it creates additional costs. Food and rent in the area are expensive, and employees commuting from more affordable areas must pay significant transportation costs. The company provides no parking, forcing employees with cars to pay high parking fees at nearby malls. * No bonus structure whatsoever — no recognition of performance or contribution. * Systematic removal of nearly all meaningful benefits. What remains are trivial perks (e.g., small coffee discounts) that feel disconnected from employee needs. * Health insurance is low-tier and below reasonable expectations. * Leadership lacks direction, consistency, and transparency. For a small company, the absence of clear strategy is particularly concerning. * CEO communication undermines trust. Monthly meetings consistently present an overly positive narrative that does not reflect reality, and this disconnect is obvious to everyone. * Continuous cost-cutting with no visible long-term plan, resulting in steadily worsening working conditions. * Evidence of financial instability — including failure to pay even a small promised bonus — raises serious concerns about the company’s sustainability.
