Service First may be a smaller company, but they have one of the most efficient and loan-officer-friendly platforms I’ve ever worked with. The systems are smart, intuitive, and help me serve clients with excellence. The culture is authentic, and leadership truly cares about people — you feel it from day one. After 21 years in this business, I can honestly say I wish I had found this company 10 years ago.
Cons
Limited presence in Houston for now, which has meant rebuilding my team from the ground up. That said, the opportunity here is huge — it just needs more boots on the ground and visibility in this market.
