Pros

Travel Optional remote (if willing to be harassed and outcasted- i guess not really a pro)

Cons

Toxic work environment. Owner turned "family" culture into basically boiler room. If you are not a white man, Don't expect to be promoted or treated equally even if you produce twice as much or more. Lies about promotion to get you to overwork and pretends they are unaware even though offered. Have a clueless head of sales to micromanage not knowing anything about the industry come in just because he is the owners' personal friend as everyone worked years to get fraction of pay. Breach of employment contracts. Refuses to explain pay and changes pay structure without explanation. Was told revenue obtained will not change if clients leave which is a blatant lie. From attainable to impossible bonuses. Can be very long client deployment time, but rushed like its an overnight sale.

Pros

It's not just a name-- this group actually does provide amazing service, first. I was blessed to be able to work with this group for 4 months and all of these people care about their clients and saving money on processing they're the real deal

Cons

Not many.. environment possibly too lowkey

Pros

Maybe a good starting out job for someone who wants to grind and has no experience. All the people are trying and want to do well.

Cons

If you have had a career and success in sales you may feel completely ill at ease here. You calls are counted and you can't generate your own leads which would pay you a whole lot more. They want you to get beat up on their over-called list and land a few of those for them or they'll cut bait on you at about 2 months. The hourly isn't serious for a serious person to live on. It's a high pressure sales environment and you have to get beat up as you learn.
