Pros

Management trusts you to do your job. Dog friendly environment. Great pay and benefits. 10% of the bottom line goes out to the employees every month. Not all months are profitable, however every quarter has been, so on average most months there's some sort of a bonus or at least once a quarter They pay you extra every month to not drive a car. Get a motorcycle or scooter and enjoy free parking downtown, not to mention this two wheeled paradise. Coming from the dreary over-worked, stressful manufacturing environment, Service Objects was (and still is) a breathe of fresh air. I completely love working here. I just noticed a couple of negative comments. At least one of those must have been off their meds. I'll leave it at that. (I have a feeling both of the negative reviews are from the same person with different IP's)

Cons

I don't think I have any at the moment. Maybe get a new elevator? The one we use is a little slow...

Pros

Employer-covered healthcare, flexible work schedule.

Cons

The company seems like a quality organization with solid leadership and promises of a great company culture. It touts itself as "an employee-centric data quality software company designed around the premise that our employees are our finest asset." However, they are an organization with such poor planning and leadership that they will hire a new employee only to lay off that employee 12 working days later, as well as the entire department that the employee was hired into.
