Great people to work with, one week PTO after ninety days, sign on bonus, easy work.
Cons
The pay only starts at $16/hrs and not a whole lot of room for growth. People there 20+ years barely making over $22/hr. No Overtime if needed, management and organization is lacking. Do more with less... is a way to force more work out of you with less resources. Many jobs in surrounding areas starting off with better pay and better benefits.
