      Pros

      Pay was competitive for the Memphis area. Lots of teamwork among many of the employees across functional units. Generally treated employees with respect.

      Cons

      Several members of senior management very opinionated, formed a quick judgement, and then would not move from that position. No clear direction on the company's intention to grow, maintain, reduce, or outsource support functions like finance and HR to the business units.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
