Roark purchased SMB in 2020 and I cannot recommend working for them now. They are moving the company to Atlanta and offered a raise that was no where close to the increase in cost of living. Reviews that were formerly specific only to the individual employee are now being attached to company wide performance, and the fact that the company did not hit revenue goals during covid is being held against the employees. You are also expected to be available to work late nights and over weekends. Elane the new CEO seems to not be trustworthy and assured us that there were no plans to move the HQ about 2 months before they announced the move.
