Good people held back by management and culture - Analyst ServiceMaster Brands Employee Review

Pros

A few great people that make the office bearable

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. Verbally agreed with C-Suite to a promotion then a few weeks later was told by someone lower on the flagpole that it “wasn’t the right time”. Management will also tell you stuff then do the exact opposite. Comp is extremely below market, benefits are mediocre, and having an in-office policy where people are on Teams calls all day in an open workspace makes no sense, especially when upper management will work remote.

Pros

Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

Cons

Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
