Pros
part time / evening shift available If you are in college full time and desire a low stress job that will keep the necessities like bread on the table and milk in the fridge while working towards your education this might be the job for you, or if you have absolutely no skills, no work experience , no other money making opportunity, nothing better to do with your evening hours, and no desire to enrich your future this may be a job for you.
Cons
*wages are low, they advertised $10hr but only pay me $9hr (HR said it was a mistake on the post) * if you work 4pm-10pm session automated time punch system reduces your hours each work session by 30 mins. for meal break, mgt will not inform you of this prior to hire, you find out on your second week by checking your timekeeping app. * no clean~ cleaning cloths provided you must rinse out your rags/cloths daily or be forced to reuse soiled ones. *They fingerprint and background check for an entry level position. *You must buy a certain type of footwear and pant to conform to company standards (cost me $113 for 1 pair of shoes and 3 pair of Dickies pants at Wal Mart)
