      Pros

      - Young crowd, highly energetic - Some of the people in the leadership team are also good mentors - Company itself is growing fast and already has gone global in 3 years - Ideas and pro-activity are given preference - Innovative & entrepreneurial minds are encouraged

      Cons

      - Processes need to be streamlined, esp. as company is no longer a start up - Project prioritisation and management needs to be done carefully
