      Pros

      Some really nice people work in Servisource. Hours are reasonable. Pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      There is a clique of senior management who will manage you out of the company if you don't fit in. Dress code policy is circa 1950s. HR turn a blind eye to managers bullying and harassment of their staff. Personal WhatsApp groups amongst staff banned, Morning chat about personal life banned, just get in, get to work. The amount of good staff they have lost over the last 12mths is frightening.

      Quarterly Bonus Birthday Leave Early finish before BH

      Cons

      Don't increase their salaries in line with inflation, or per year employee is with the company. Expect their employees to work overtime and beyond their job description, with no compensation. Poor Senior Management: don't listen to employee feedback and do nothing to improve working conditions. Don't value long-term employees, take advantage of them, and expect the employees to go above and beyond with no appreciation.
