Pros
The work was easy to learn because they do all work one way, not open to outside suggestions or other ways of completing tasks at hand.
Cons
Rely too heavily on management, they don’t allow any staff to think on their own. They say it is not that way, but the reality is that all decisions go through 1 or 2 people. Under staffed at all times. Very high turn over, under qualified technical help, lots of promises, no raises; ever, company wide.
