Needs an app--a lot can't be done via phone properly and makes it hard to answer patient messages, send Rx, etc. when you're expected to respond quickly
Nice people. It is very competitive to get patients though. Once you have some good patient ratings under your belt, it gets better. Flexible scheduling is nice.
