Great company - Customer Success Manager (CSM) SessionCam Employee Review

Good team spirit and good hiring policy

The description that was given to me from the recruitment agency before my interview with SessionCam was, "This really is a hidden gem in our city" Without a doubt they were right. I have been working for SessionCam now for nearly 2 years and there hasn't been one day where I have dreaded going into work. I actually questioned if "work" would be the right word to use as how can something I enjoy doing so much be classed as work? The culture of this company is amazing and I have been so lucky to work alongside so many outstanding performers who are also fun to be around. Progression is available to everyone at SessionCam which is amazing, nobody ever gets left behind or is classed as just a number. Another thing that I admire about SessionCam is how we are all kept in the loop of what is happening and where we are heading. Targets aren't unreachable, so rather than being under pressure to hit the companies targets you find yourself pushing even more to earn extra money which adds to the fun in the office. I really do value my place at SessionCam and have never felt more involved with a company.

To be honest, i can't find anything negative to say. I would like to be given a company bugatti veyron to drive around in but you never know
