Pros
The pros of working at SetSchedule is the supportive and caring atmosphere, as well as the opportunity the company gives. Every manager is a kind hearted individual that wants to see every person here succeed and will do a lot to help you make it happen. The opportunity with SetSchedule is impressive as they are truly an agnostic company when it comes to who they employ. As someone who had little to none experience in my field and they helped me grow into who I am now is absolutely amazing. As well, the opportunity to grow is absolutely there, as they are keen to promote those who show a hard work ethic, dedication, and ambition to do something more with the company. They truly invest in their employees and treat everyone here as a friend as much as an employee. I have grown so much as a person and in the field I am now in. The ability to make good money, while also having an amazing work life balance is fantastic. You can work your hours and make good money doing so while still having a life outside of work. Another fantastic part about SetSchedule is their ability to not judge or look at surface level. As someone who is LGBT and non gender conforming, I have never worked in a place so inclusive and understanding. I have only had kind words and respect shown by the managers, as well they don't condone any kind of discrimination against gender, sexuality, age, or etc. Truly an amazing company to work at.
Cons
I genuinely can't think of any cons as that would be something negative about working here and I truly don't think there are any. However, I will say that something needs to be prefaced. SetSchedule is an amazing place to work and a very supportive community of people. However, the job does require hard work and dedication. People that slack off or don't treat their position with importance won't last long, as this is a fun place to work but you need to be ready to work hard to make the most out of it.
