Terrible Company - Team Leader Setex Employee Review

Management from the Focus Factory Manager down to the Supervisors they promote are terrible. They rub it in everyone’s faces that they don’t work hard at all, no sweat, no dirt on them. Strut through the plant basically spitting on the employees that keep the place moving. They have no clue how bad the products are they ship because they refuse to pay attention to anything other then the cars they drive, homes they buy, and their own success. It’s obvious who does well here and who doesn’t, and who is related and who isn’t part of the Camp crew. None of the Higher Level positions see the floor employees as human beings, everyone is a simple number/body. Terrible company with worse then terrible ethics. They are losing people in masses because of their failure to see how terrible the Managers & Supervisors treat people. They only promote those that they can control and who tow the line with their agenda of treating people poorly. Last but not least, don’t expect privacy from anyone at this place, they will peddle your information to anyone who wants to hear.
