      Small team... good perks & location

      Cons

      High turnover Management too busy gossiping about everyone and thinking they are the best "Leaders" are not equipped with the right skills Management has no direction You will learn nothing much Management is made up of a delusional narcissist who is not ready to let go anD accept he is a has-been in the industry Toxic environment with poor work culture

      Pros

      - Supportive environment and work culture, you'll never be afraid to ask for help or advice - Lots of opportunities to network and connect with other companies and content creators in the food & lifestyle sphere

      Cons

      - You'll be doing lots of extra work as it's a small company - Pay isn't high, and you'll have to fork out your own $$$ for tastings and travel as monthly allowance isn't enough to cover everything (esp. for interns)
