      Good supportive management Transparent, everything is honest and no kept secrets. Job scope, goals and targets are clearly shared with you so you're clear at what to expect for your job.

      Pros

      - Supportive environment and work culture, you'll never be afraid to ask for help or advice - Lots of opportunities to network and connect with other companies and content creators in the food & lifestyle sphere

      Cons

      - You'll be doing lots of extra work as it's a small company - Pay isn't high, and you'll have to fork out your own $$$ for tastings and travel as monthly allowance isn't enough to cover everything (esp. for interns)
