      Pros

      Seth was easy going and open to ideas. He also shares his feedback/insights whenever possible. As for workload, it is negotiable as long as it’s reasonable.

      Cons

      Can’t share much, SOPs for content creation could be better for video.

      Pros

      - Supportive environment and work culture, you'll never be afraid to ask for help or advice - Lots of opportunities to network and connect with other companies and content creators in the food & lifestyle sphere

      Cons

      - You'll be doing lots of extra work as it's a small company - Pay isn't high, and you'll have to fork out your own $$$ for tastings and travel as monthly allowance isn't enough to cover everything (esp. for interns)
