Dysfunctional and Unorganized - Anonymous employee Setpoint Employee Review

After being bought by JR Automation, everything good about Setpoint was taken away. There has been no benefit of being bought by JR. Anyone good has either left, or looking to leave. Don’t apply here. No time for family, zero training, selfish attitudes, every department is constantly fighting with each other, pointing fingers. High school drama. HR department is a joke, layers and layers of management, hardly any workers. Once JR bought us, the family and team feeling went away. Lost 4-10’s, and lost the great bonus system. Planning on leaving. They don’t care about their employees, and they don’t pay well.
