      1. Extremely talented people that will motivate you to push yourself and become better. 2. Solid work culture. Big emphasis on work-life balance. 3. Beautiful office. Super productive environment. 4. Room for growth. Each individual is given room to experiment and implement their ideas.

      Cons

      Addictive. You would start seeing other workplaces as mundane and boring (which might as well be true)

      No pros exist anymore at Setu

      Cons

      The leadership jumps and avoids the real questions. Strongly feel that even they do not know what business / market they are trying to be a part of, solely depended on Pine Labs to function as an organisation. They have been treating employees poorly - with lots of additional work and no increments to speak off.
