The number of employees has doubled in this period :) What I love the most about working here: - flexibility to organize your working hours as it’s the most convenient for you - autonomy of your work & trust from the management - continuous learning process - we constantly explore new ideas and business options - working with an international team, getting to know different cultures, constantly meeting new people - perks like team buildings, travel options, etc.

The only con is that I don’t speak the Russian language :)

You know when you always have that one person on the team that you just cannot stand, but you accept it because there's always at least one person everywhere? Yeah not here - I adore the people here. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, professional, kind, driven. I truly believe people make the workspace and I never thought I would say this but I love coming to work. There is a lot of opportunity to advance and learn new things. Everything moves fast and every work position is essential and appreciated. I was a bit apprehensive at first entering the porn industry but no complaints so far. I don't even notice the nudity anymore and it's exciting to be a part of a successful product. VR porn is the future & if this is your first time reading about this do yourself a favour and check it out. Pay is good, food and drinks are plenty, benefits are even better.

It's a fast paced environment so if you don't like change this is not for you.
