      There are very few positives perhaps only the company name.

      Cons

      Owner regularly speaks to staff in a disrespectful and belittling manner. There is little to no work life balance, with consistently long hours expected. There is no HR support and communication is poor. Overall, the reality behind the scenes does not match expectations proceed with caution.
