CEO will constantly make sexual oriented comments around you. - He is unbelievably disrespectful and treats employees like garbage. He screams at you, humiliates you and belittles you over insignificant matters. - HE IS A DIVA! He wants all employees to cater to him at every moment and if you don't he WILL throw a fit. He demands a lot of attention. Be ready to run his personal errands. - There is no career growth. The company isn't expanding or making any money. It's basically a personal project of CEO. Sometimes you will work on random assigned projects that will go nowhere. - COMPANY OFFERS NO BENEFITS - No one ever talks, even when CEO isn't there. It's always dead silent. CEO has created an atmosphere full of stress and fear that employees are unable to relax and be themselves.
