Pros

i cannot think of any pros for working for this company

Cons

i will never accept a position without looking at glassdoor reviews first. i have PTSD from the things that I heard saw and experienced while working at this location. seeing what others had said would have saved me a lot of exposure to what i can only describe as a truly toxic, unhealthy, and unsafe work environment you do not get dedicated breaks and are expected to work overtime, around the clock.

Pros

It's exciting to be a part of a growing team that is disrupting multiple industries. There is a very hands on approach and each team member contributes on a daily basis.

Cons

Startup pace can be demanding. Be prepared to bring your A game every day.

Pros

Free lunches when CEO is in the office

Cons

EVERYTHING, specially CEO: - Ladies be careful, you will be hired only based on your looks. CEO will constantly make sexual oriented comments around you. - He is unbelievably disrespectful and treats employees like garbage. He screams at you, humiliates you and belittles you over insignificant matters. - HE IS A DIVA! He wants all employees to cater to him at every moment and if you don't he WILL throw a fit. He demands a lot of attention. Be ready to run his personal errands. - There is no career growth. The company isn't expanding or making any money. It's basically a personal project of CEO. Sometimes you will work on random assigned projects that will go nowhere. - COMPANY OFFERS NO BENEFITS - No one ever talks, even when CEO isn't there. It's always dead silent. CEO has created an atmosphere full of stress and fear that employees are unable to relax and be themselves.
