They give you the ability to learn and grow in your career. Management truly cares and it shows. You get to really make an impact and make changes where you feel they need to be made.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a startup. Everything is moving at a fast pace, you have to be ok helping out where you can and not be the one to say "That's not my job". There are long hours involved but we're all working towards the same mission.
