      Leadership. Lack of training. Favoritism. They do not follow CA housing laws. Never have I worked for a company so terrible to their employees and residents.

      Pros

      Bonus are the best and yearly bonuses are good if you get along with your manager if not you won’t get one

      Cons

      Most employees have been there many year and stuck in there was of being disrespectful or perverted and bother reporting it to HR because they don’t do anything about it. If anything they make it seem you missed understood the situation. And if your Latin@ just document everything because your going to go through some stuff if you know what I mean….
