Pros

I loved working with their ADs.

Cons

Really bad management. So hard to communicate with them and salary are always delay. They won't tell you if there's some problem with your salary. You'll just be surprised that they cut your salary. And what I hate the most? They want their artists to work hard and be on time on every submission while all salaries are delay!

Hi There, We are very sorry that you experienced this. For all the freelance artists, we process payment twice a month. For all the full time, we process payment once a month. Our producers is working in our China office, if she didn't pick up the phone, maybe she is off for work, then please call in another time during the day.

Working at Share Creators (Blueberry AI) was easily the worst professional experience of my career. The leadership, especially the CEO, is completely focused on profit at the expense of employees’ well-being and career growth. There is constant micromanagement and zero support for your development. Management makes false promises about working in the California office, but in reality, the entire tech team operates from Shanghai and Chengdu, and you’ll be pressured to relocate or work China hours, and if you don't follow, they push you leave right away. The CEO uses manipulative tactics—constantly guilt-tripping staff about “not taking your career seriously” while doing absolutely nothing to help you grow. The culture is toxic, morale is always low, and everyone is afraid to speak up about the obvious problems at the top. Leadership is so unapproachable and disliked that people just keep their heads down and count the days until they can leave. Unless you enjoy being lied to and emotionally manipulated, run, don’t walk, away from this company.
