Pros

SharePoint is a great place to work. Management really does care about their staff, and tries to support them to the best of their ability. Everyone is friendly to one another, and helps out wherever they can! SharePoint is making great strides at increasing engagement from the employees and listening to what everyone has to say. SharePoint offers good benefits, fair pay, and most managers are willing to be flexible in scheduling if needed.

Cons

No company is perfect; all workplaces have room for improvement! However, I can't of any.

Pros

Mentions a small handful of supportive, great coworkers (roughly 5 individuals) who made the day-to-day bearable. Options exist to work at alternative locations that may offer a healthier, more diverse environment.

Cons

Pervasive Cultural Insensitivity: The vast majority of the workplace exhibits ongoing racial and cultural insensitivity, making the environment incredibly stressful and anxiety-inducing for employees of color. Ineffective Management: Multiple formal complaints regarding biased and inappropriate behavior were brought to HR and upper management, but zero corrective action was taken. Favoritism and Exclusion: The CEO openly practices favoritism. If you are not in the "inner circle," your contributions are entirely invisible. Protected Bad Behavior: Certain individuals are permitted to be openly rude, mean, and culturally insensitive because they enjoy "office favorite" status with leadership, leading to a miserable daily work experience. Growth was stagnant.
