The biggest pros of working at ShareWell are the fast pace and the abundant opportunities for growth. The company is constantly growing and changing—and this means that you can always find new opportunities for yourself as well!

There are also some cons when it comes to working at ShareWell: uncertainty about what will happen next with the company, lots of change that can sometimes feel chaotic, and less of an emphasis on processes than I'm used to. However, these negatives are outweighed by the many positives that come with being part of such a young company. My advice for succeeding at ShareWell would be to embrace change as a constant—it will help you stay engaged throughout your entire time here!
