We manage all of our own infra, all AWS, no 3rd parties. Have clear objectives for 'how to win' in market. Gamifying our technical delivery in terms of being best in market is great.

All WFH has required management lift. But everyone is dealing with this. Legacy investors who provide no value. Not all teams comfortable with delivery speed and agile iteration.
