Pros

None really. The place is filled with ego maniac regional managers that cannot write anything on their own. They have to use ChatGPT to think for them. Your in-office staff are great. Very small group and everyone gets along

Cons

--Low bonus structure --you bring in 1.2 million in profit a year the max you can make is 24,000. ---2% max commission structure --The bonus structure tiers from 1%(0-24,999) 1.25%, 1.5%, 1.75% and 2.0%(100k and over) --Good luck in hitting that goal. --Their goal is to be Clear Choice, but SPG's current business model is so messed up that their bottom half of the clinics are in the red. --ChatGPT writes all their daily quotes and inspirational material. --Their regional management are all people fired from Clear Choice. --THey are firing people and bringing in people for lesser pay. Smile consultants starting base pay 65,000 to 80,000. No I do believe it is 55,000. SIGNS OF A SINKING SHIP!! --Dental Assistance were 31.00 to 34.00 an hour, now they are bringing them in at 24.00 to 28.00 an hour. SINKING SHIP!!! --STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!! --The breakeven point is suppose to be 3 months revolving. Mine before I qualified for bonus was, 82,000, 86,000 and 84,000. The average should have been 84,000. NOPE as soon as I qualified for bonus, they jumped it too 136,000. A 52,000 bump...because now I have to hit a higher breakeven point to start qualifying for a bonus.

Pros

SPG has a strong mission and a lot of great people who care about the work. The environment is fast-paced, and there is a lot of opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact across multiple markets.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so priorities and processes can shift often. At times, clearer communication and alignment would help teams move more efficiently.
