My RM is a great guy and you can tell he wants to help with bringing a great culture. Office team is amazing and the pay is decent.

New Leadership is a joke. The morale in this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s mostly due to the recent leadership changes.2 Clear Choice rejects that just want to make this a new version of what they came from. Head of sales just tells you how great she was at her job at Clear Choice and that the answer to everything is work more and nothing is good enough. Not everyone wants to be on your stupid chat until midnight! And the new operations girl? Ha. Shows up to calls in pajamas looking like she just rolled out of bed and forgot how to complete a sentence. Has brought zero value to the teams but has created a mountain of work for us. How someone observes these calls and thinks that this is a leader is mind blowing. How the founders don’t see the crazy turnover numbers and throw up is beyond me. This sucks because this company was great just months ago. These recent changes will prove to be the downfall of what was a promising company Lastly the founder that we actually get to see on calls? You’ve never seen a person who hates other people more. Another example of nothing is ever good enough. And constantly trying to find ways to take more away from the team because he doesn’t think they need it. The opposite of investing in your people happens here. I could keep going about this new wave of micromanaging and blaming the field for marketing failures by yelling about calls 5 times a day, but this leadership group won’t care until the company falls completely off the map
