Pros
Reputable company with a lot of different productions going on. If you get stay on their good side, they'll likely roll you over to another show/ season once the previous one ends.
Cons
Terrible time-off policy. Like any production company, there are expectations to work nights and weekends without question. Some productions are super, duper cheap. Difficult to get the most done with little to no budget.
