Pros
I worked in the corporate world for a long time before joining SharpHat, and I loved my managers and team, but had worked in that kind of a setting for long enough and needed a change of pace and a new set of challenges and opportunities. Leaving my former company was a big decision to make, but it is the best choice I have made in my career yet.
I literally could not be happier to get up and go to work every day! SharpHat is a small firm, and is very close knit - from the owners to each staff member, everyone operates like a team and in some ways a family. Some of the perks include: flexible work schedule and hours, work life balance, casual office environment, snacks and drinks provided.
Not to mention, everyone works really hard and is incredibly smart, and has a lot of fun together. I have learned and grown more professionally in my few months here than I did in my life before SharpHat.
Cons
The only "challenge" can be navigating the parking lot if you have a large SUV.
